The balcony has a great view of the DTC and you can see the mountains. Pets are welcome and there is a park near by for your dog to run, as well as lots of pet areas on site. The kitchen has new appliances and bathroom has been updated as well. The natural light and doors to the balcony in both the bedroom and living room keep everything cool for most of the year while the fire place helps keep it cozy in winter. This is a great apartment that I have enjoyed living in immensely, unfortunately I am moving out of state after a breakup. The complex is really wonderful with a pool, workout room and a grill/picnic area. While the place is not furnished, I will include some basic kitchen supplies, a vacuum, humidifier, space heater, blue chair and table... If you are interested. If not this will all get donated and the place will be empty for you. I am looking to leave before the end of January so the sooner you need a place the better. This is not a sub-let situation, your name would be on the lease and you would be responsible for the rent. But you wouldn't have to put down any deposits! There are 5 months left on the current lease but it can be renewed or extended past July 1st. I am looking to get someone confirmed so I can leave this weekend. If you can sign the lease by this Saturday, Jan 25th, I will give you 200$ so I can leave before Monday. If you can prove you aren't a felon or have any evictions or serious credit issues you should be approved with proof of income!
